We certainly fo not want this to happen, but if you need to return the goods because of our reason such as bad service or poor quality, please send proofs (communication records, pictures or videos are acceptable) and also please tell us the ratio of defective products, we'll do our best to find a good solution.

If your goods must be recalled due to our serious mistake and no better solution can be found after communication and negotiation, then we are willing to make compensation according to the terms of the contract.
